Wedding days are so much more than pretty pictures and perfectly planned moments.
Your wedding day will carry the people you love, the history that brought you here, and the full emotional weight of choosing each other. Not to mention, it should be one of the most joyful days you’ve ever experienced with your favorite person! Choosing the right person to document the expansiveness of such a day is not a responsibility to take lightly, so let’s start by getting to know one another.
Hi, I’m Amanda, and I’ve been capturing love stories for well over a decade. My fascination with important moments started long before photography became my career. When I walked out of college in 2017, I had a dream of recording history and no idea where that would lead me. After getting married and truly realizing how much meaning a wedding day holds, I combined my formal education with my love of people, emotion, and moments that mark a before and an after. Voila, here we are!
I have to warn you: I ask a lot of questions, and I share a lot, too. I’ll happily tell you about my terrible engagement photos in Malta, marrying my husband twice, or the proposal that began with, “Hey, you’re weird as fuck. Will you be weird with me forever?” My couples have called me a “badass ray of sunshine,” which will 100% be on my tombstone one (hopefully very far away) day. I’m highly organized, deeply invested, quick to laugh, and very comfortable handling everything from tear-jerking vows to opinionated loved ones…you know the ones.
In a nutshell - I am ball of big energy, endless laughs, and even more love.
However you choose each other, I’m here for it!
Every wedding carries a completely different atmosphere. Yours may take place in the mountains, at a Seattle venue filled with family, or somewhere shaped by traditions that have been passed down for generations. Wherever and however you celebrate, I’ll photograph the day with a whole lot of joy, intention, and close attention to the people at the center of it.
